WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect only what you give us or what your browser sends when you visit the site.

Contact form: first name, last name, email, phone, address, subject and your message.

Booking form: first name, last name, email, phone, address, the apartment you choose and your start and end dates.

Emails, calls and messages: anything you send us directly, including through the site chat.

Landlords and property owners: property details and contact information you share when asking about management, sourcing or consultation.

Website usage: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

HOW WE USE IT

Each use has a lawful basis under the UK GDPR:

Answering enquiries and arranging viewings or consultations: steps before a contract, or legitimate interests.

Taking and managing bookings for our serviced apartments: performance of a contract.

Managing properties for landlords and dealing with tenants: performance of a contract.

Meeting legal duties such as tax, accounting and right-to-rent checks: legal obligation.

Keeping the website secure and understanding how it is used: legitimate interests.

Sending news or offers by email: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your information or use it for automated decision-making.

SHARING, TRANSFERS AND RETENTION

We share your information only where needed to provide our services: with Wix.com, which hosts our website and stores form submissions; with landlords, tenants, contractors or referencing agencies, only for the property you are dealing with us about; and with accountants, lawyers, HMRC or the police where the law requires.

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

We keep enquiries for up to 2 years after our last contact, and booking, tenancy and financial records for 6 years to meet tax and legal requirements. After that we delete or anonymise them.

YOUR RIGHTS AND COMPLAINTS
